An item of various shapes and sizes, designed to partially envelop the wheel(s) or tracks of a vehicle. It is primarily designed to protect against splashing mud, and the like. Excludes DEFLECTOR, DIRT AND LIQUID and GUARD, SPLASH, WHEEL.
